About: Luther is a second-year member at Gator Motorsports. Luther drew up the entire 2006-2007 Formula SAE car in Autodesk Inventor for the competition design report. Luther gained the skills in operating a manual mill and lathe by manufacturing very high-tolerance parts and also began learing how to use the CNC equipment in the lab. Luther worked with John Hunt during the 2007 season as assistant treasurer and was elected to serve as team treasurer for the 2008 season. Luther is currently learning the intricacies of suspension design and tuning under suspension leader Marcus Shen.
