Friday, August 5, 2011: Summer Testing Continues! Gator Motorsports team members have been hard at work this summer testing and developing the Formula car. Both on and off the track we've been preparing for the upcoming 2011-2012 season and you can help, stop by the shop any day after 6pm. We're just south of the stadium in MAE-C on Gail Lemrand Drive. |
Monday, May 16, 2011: Gator Motorsports had returned from the 2011 FSAE Michigan competition held at Michigan International Speedway with a placement of 27th out of the 120 registered teams. Complete standings are availiable from SAE.org, competition photos will be posted soon. |

Saturday, February 26, 2011: Gator Motorsports had the opportunity to showcase our organization before the TEDx UF conference. The theme of the conference was "Challenging the Unknown" and had some great talks from people sharing their personal take on the theme in 18 minutes or less. |

Wednesday, February 23, 2011: Hey folks! It's that time of year again where we elect members to be part of the executive board. There are many roles available to members, each with their own different set of responsibilities. See the attached word document here for a breakdown of the positions. |
Tuesday, February 22, 2011: This week was Engineering Week at the University of Florida. It was an opportunity for kids of all ages to see some of the cool things you do as engineers. Gator Motorsports was there showing off the formula car and having a great time explaining the workings of our car to an eager audience of soon-to-be engineers. |

Saturday, January 29, 2011: Gator Motorsports is selling tickets to the 12 hours of Sebring ALMS race. The race weekend is March 16-19th, 2011. Tuesday, January 18, 2011: UFSAE has officially changed our 2011 FSAE car number from #61 to #928 in honor of Kahlil Mohmed. We are honored to wear this number and hope to represent it well at competition in May. |
