| Sunday, May 16, 2010:
The Gator Motorsports team spent May 12- May 15th competing in Formula SAE Michigan. The competition was comprised of over 120 international teams. Car 84 and the team made it to design semi-finals, and tied for 4th with an overall competition placement of 43rd. See pictures of the team at competition here. |

Students from Bolles Middle School in Jacksonville came to tour the Gator Motorsports shop and take part in an engineering competition of their own. The students worked with World in Motion Vehicle kits to build electric toy cars to race across the shop. Check out these pictures and the news post on the Bolles website. |

| Saturday, March 27, 2010:
Gator Motorsports led the regional SECME Mousetrap Car event on Saturday for over 250 local elementary through high school students. GMS members were on the other side of the competition this time, judging the students' technical drawings and design reports, interviewing them, and competing the cars. |
