Sylvain Tremblay, Dave Haskell and company provided valuable shock dyno time and provided the dampers at an appreciable discount. They also provided us with the opportunity to use their chassis dyno, and their invaluable knowledge and experience with engine/motec tuning no doubt helped UFSAE to produce a faster racecar. Check out this article at SpeedSource For a number of years now, Gene Crease and Pratt & Whitney/United Technologies have been important contributors to FSAE and Gatormotorsports. Without their financial help, we may not have made it to this point. With a renewed relationship, Jim McCann and Lockheed Martin are once again supporters of UFSAE.  Although the relationship floundered during the past year, we are proud to have this  industry giant once again sponsor our program. Jeff Steiner and Garrett Engine Boosting Systems have donated two turbos for our development program.  These units have the possibility of dramatically increasing engine performance.  As with any new technology, we plan to do extensive dynometer testing before the unit of choice is integrated. Thank you to Phil French and Ford. As always, Ford is a leading contributor to UF SAE. John Mutiger with Multimatic in Toronto helped us out last minute by rebuilding a shock that got busted. Without contributors like you, UFSAE would not be able to build a competitive racecar. Gainesville Regional Airport has sponsored UFSAE by granting us use of one of their more desolate parking lots as a test track. This allows us to test without having to worry about random people walking onto our track, and lets us record realistic and invaluable test data. Industrial Marine, INC., KGS Services, INC., and Thompson Repairs, INC. helped us to program our CNC Lathe. Their expertise has helped us to gain a better understanding of how to use this very valuable machine. Judy Seaton, Service Advisor, and All Pro Imports (the local Porsche, BMW, and VW dealer) exclusively mounts all of UF SAE's tires.  Due to the smaller size of the rims and tires, only All Pro has the expertise to get the job done right.  They have  been a long standing sponsor of UF SAE, and continues to provide this much needed service to the team Ralene Marcoccia and Altera's University Program has generously donated 60 CPLD logic devices to the Electrical Team.  This is by far the largest electrical sponsor to date.  All electronic control circuits (traction control, digital dash, wireless link, auto shifter, and the new brake light) are, when possible, designed with Altera's products in mind.  Also, all logic circuitry is designed exclusively using Altera's MaxPlusII design and simulation environment.  To learn more about Altera and related products, go to Altera.com. Visteon donated our radiator and helped us immensely with the design and manufacturing of the SAE car's cooling system. AP Racing donated the critically important brake master cylinders. Sam Moore 2002-03 UFSAE President and 2003-04 Benton Engineering Council Representative Sam Moore has made a generous donation to the program.  Although still an undergrad, we have to wonder where 'Slammy Moore's' finances originate.  Hmmm, that string of liquor store burglaries doesn't seem so mysterious any more (all while maintaining one of the highest GPA's in UFSAE!).  Keep up the good work, Sam. UF's Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering has been a long supporter of the SAE program.  In fact, MAE competes with some of our private sponsors as one of our largest sponsors.  Also, Dr. Wei Shyy, MAE Chair constantly goes above and beyond the call of duty to support our cause.  Thank you for your continued support. Drs. Mark Law, Chairman, and Keith Rambo, Director of Finance and Administration, University of Florida Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, have graciously and considerably augmented the SAE budget for 2004.  While SAE has been primarily a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering project, Dr. Law has faith in the current SAE electrical team, which is constructing a record number of projects this year.  Thank you to Drs.
